PT Pacific Bio Industry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. E & I Technician to join our maintenance team in Mempawah. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and safety of all electrical and instrumentation systems across our facility.
The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team and report directly to the Supervisor. You will be responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring that all E&I infrastructure operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, PLC systems, sensors, and field instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex E&I malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial measurement and control devices.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to update and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and report on equipment condition and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior technicians as needed.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the digital or manual log system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an E&I Technician in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, and various industrial sensors and actuators.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematic diagrams and P&ID drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards (K3) and electrical lockout/tagout procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle physical tasks in an industrial setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support for emergency repairs.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
