Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive general support for the effective management and daily operations of the service workshop.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure optimal fleet performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and resolve complex engineering issues efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to Honda’s safety protocols and quality assurance standards within the workshop environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools to prevent operational downtime.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff to uphold high technical standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding service status and technical requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in field service, workshop management, or automotive engineering.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computerized management systems and diagnostic software.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable) or equivalent technical certification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
