We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Equipment Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee our front-end and back-end operations. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of equipment engineers and maintenance technicians. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime, optimizing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and implementing world-class maintenance strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of equipment engineers and maintenance technicians across front-end and back-end manufacturing lines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.
- Oversee capital equipment projects, including installation, qualification, and upgrade of semiconductor processing and assembly equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies to reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and internal quality standards in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve complex equipment failures and improve process stability.
- Manage the equipment maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory control and vendor management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Strong technical background in semiconductor equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, packaging, testing) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and executing Preventive Maintenance programs and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and PLC programming concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
