In this role, you will be the face of our mortgage division, providing expert financial advisory services and tailor-made lending solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving our branch sales performance by proactively identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end mortgage application experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive mortgage loan growth by proactively sourcing and converting new leads within the Perak region.
- Provide professional financial advice to walk-in customers and prospects regarding mortgage products and interest rates.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and legal firms to expand the referral network.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, BNM guidelines, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay competitive and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mortgage sales, banking, or the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending products, legal documentation, and the local real estate market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail banking environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.
