Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and expand the Oracle financial data hub to support global reporting requirements.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for cloud migration and integration between disparate financial platforms.
- Define and implement comprehensive data governance policies to ensure financial reporting integrity.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process automation.
- Collaborate with IT and Global Finance teams to streamline data workflows and reduce manual touchpoints.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards for all data architecture changes.
- Mentor junior analysts on technical best practices regarding system maintenance and data quality.
- Translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications for system developers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, specifically involving ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale data integration projects in a cloud environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Oracle BI, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial data modeling, ETL processes, and master data management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multinational, matrixed corporate environment.
- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work culture with global teams.
