Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and elegant UI solutions.
- Write clean, semantic, and modular code that adheres to modern industry standards.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize front-end performance for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless user interaction.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design discussions to refine the development roadmap.
- Implement and maintain front-end unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end web development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Deep understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, or Zustand).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-browser and performance issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for direct client communication.
- Familiarity with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Docker, GitHub Actions).
- Prior experience in a SaaS-based environment or working with US-based clients is highly preferred.
