Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on complex functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Lead defect triage meetings and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze test results to provide data-driven insights for continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in functional testing and software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proven expertise in creating detailed test documentation including plans, cases, and summary reports.
- Proficiency with modern testing tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Selenium, or similar).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- ISTQB certification or similar professional testing certification is a strong advantage.
