Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for packaging materials, including paper, plastic, and foam products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Engineering to align packaging specifications with product requirements and brand standards.
- Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with global suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, pricing data, and global supply chain disruptions to drive cost savings and value engineering initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with key vendors to secure competitive advantage and favorable payment terms.
- Lead supplier performance reviews and implement corrective action plans for quality or delivery issues.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance packaging efficiency and reduce material waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong background in packaging commodities and material science is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally for supplier visits and trade shows as needed.
