As a Senior Graphic Designer within our Medical Affairs department, you will bridge the gap between scientific content and creative design. You will ensure that our visual communications not only meet rigorous industry standards but also elevate the Dexcom brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Design high-quality visual assets, including presentations, infographics, and promotional materials, specifically tailored for Medical Affairs stakeholders.
- Craft compelling slide decks and visual aids for internal meetings, executive presentations, and external medical conferences.
- Collaborate closely with medical writers, regulatory affairs, and marketing teams to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible visual narratives.
- Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to Dexcom’s brand guidelines, style guides, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of brand assets and templates to streamline the design process for the team.
- Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- 5-8 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on presentation design and corporate communication.
- Experience working in a corporate or healthcare/medical environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint/Keynote.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in medical illustrations, data visualization, and brand consistency.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and the ability to handle sensitive healthcare information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
