Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient production systems to optimize manufacturing capacity and output.
- Perform detailed time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean).
- Develop comprehensive layout plans for facility floor space to maximize production flow and safety.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and data analytics to monitor line efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and equipment upgrades into existing production lines.
- Lead root-cause analysis projects for operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and engineering excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics sector.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and 5S techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of simulation software, CAD tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable operational strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt) is highly desirable.
