Renesas is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr IT Analyst to join our dynamic IT team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to support day-to-day operations as well as drive project and enhancement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions
- Provide expert support for day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring system availability
- Lead and participate in project initiatives, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and user guides
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the IT department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, systems administration, or technical support roles
- Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, or CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) is highly desirable
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) would be an added advantage
