Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is looking for a results-oriented Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology and business transformation projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering complex Enterprise ERP and Salesforce transformation initiatives across Bimeda. You will serve as the strategic bridge between technical execution and business objectives, ensuring that digital solutions drive real-world value.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to final deployment and post-implementation support. You will manage cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure project success. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead ERP & Salesforce Initiatives: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise ERP and Salesforce transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior management, business units, and technical teams to ensure transparency and manage expectations.
- Agile & Waterfall Execution: Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to manage project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong focus on Enterprise ERP and Salesforce implementations.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and cloud technologies.
- Methodologies: Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
