Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and optimize the end-to-end logistics and supply chain workflows to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
- Process Improvement: Analyze logistics data and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline inventory management.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate warehousing activities, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term logistics strategies that align with the company’s broader business goals and growth objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics operations within the manufacturing or transport industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data and create reports.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex logistical problems under pressure.
- License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
