Micron Semiconductors is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager Global Layout Asia to lead our regional site layout initiatives in the highly competitive semiconductor industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive site layout support to drive the achievement of our ambitious business objectives across Asia.
As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement innovative layout strategies that optimize facility utilization, enhance production efficiency, and support Micron's commitment to technological excellence. Your expertise will directly impact our capacity planning and operational performance across multiple sites.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of regional site layout strategies aligned with Micron's business objectives
- Provide comprehensive site layout support to enable achievement of production and operational goals
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent layout standards across Asia
- Optimize facility utilization and capacity planning to maximize operational efficiency
- Manage layout projects from initial planning through implementation and validation
- Develop and maintain layout documentation, standards, and best practices
- Analyze layout performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and facilities teams to resolve complex layout challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in site layout, facilities planning, or manufacturing operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing layout projects in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in layout planning tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facility requirements
- Experience working in a regional or global role with multiple site responsibilities
