Tanggung Jawab
- Lead manufacturing process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Design and implement advanced manufacturing systems and automation solutions
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and process specifications
- Manage new product introduction (NPI) activities including process validation and qualification
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics
- Strong expertise in process optimization, automation, and manufacturing systems design
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing planning tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to mentor junior engineers
