Tanggung Jawab
- Network Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and maintain local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN) to meet organizational requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance metrics including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Security Management: Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software conflicts efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Hardware Management: Oversee the inventory, installation, and maintenance of network hardware such as routers, switches, and servers.
- Team Support: Provide technical guidance and support to junior administrators and end-users regarding network-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in network administration or engineering.
- Certifications: Valid CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent professional network certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Cisco IOS, Juniper, or similar networking equipment; strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available for onsite work in Makati City.
