Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive FTTH sales strategies specific to the Central Java market to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for FTTH products, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to maximize market penetration.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the broadband sector.
  • Manage the Home Broadband (HBB) sales team in Central Java, providing coaching, performance management, and motivation to exceed targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical Operations, Customer Service) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications industry, specifically in FTTH/Fiber Broadband.
  • Deep understanding of the Central Java (Jawa Tengah) market, including Surakarta and surrounding areas.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales force.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Central Java region.
