Tanggung Jawab
- Execute home network installation, configuration, and activation according to technical standards.
- Perform regular maintenance and proactive troubleshooting of home infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company procedures during physical installation tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer support, answering queries, and educating clients on their new systems.
- Document all installation activities, reports, and customer feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the regional technical team to identify and resolve recurring infrastructure challenges.
- Manage inventory of installation tools and equipment, reporting shortages or damages immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in home installation, network engineering, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routers, switches, and fiber optics.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client locations in Sumatera Utara.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
