As a Sr. Order Processing Executive, you will manage end-to-end order lifecycles, acting as the bridge between our customers, sales representatives, and warehouse operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, from initial entry to final delivery coordination.
- Verify order accuracy, including pricing, discount codes, and customer specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer order records in the ERP system with high data integrity.
- Proactively communicate order status updates and resolve any discrepancies or shipping delays.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on order volumes and processing lead times for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain administration.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
