Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient inquiries via phone and email with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the hospital information system.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, registration, and administrative processing for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Provide guidance to patients regarding hospital policies, billing procedures, and care pathways.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in strict compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPA).
- Resolve patient complaints or feedback by escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital information management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to speak additional local languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of healthcare industry standards and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 hospital operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
