Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for MRO and indirect materials within the Advanced Packaging line.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable contract conditions.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver materials on schedule.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and competitive pricing.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software tools.
