We are looking for a dynamic Sr Procurement/Purchasing Specialist to join Renesas and support our New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for advanced semiconductor solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for NPI projects, ensuring the timely availability of critical components and materials.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sources for semiconductor components.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with global suppliers to maximize value and ensure compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, including delivery reliability, quality, and cost control, to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Lead supplier qualification processes and manage the vendor onboarding lifecycle.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and global regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows and semiconductor supply chain dynamics.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
