In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to mass production.
As a Sr Procurement Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, to source cutting-edge components and manage strategic supplier partnerships. You will play a critical role in mitigating supply chain risks, optimizing material costs, and accelerating time-to-market for our innovative product portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities specifically for NPI programs, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and qualify suppliers capable of meeting stringent quality and technical specifications.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, lead times, and terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Drive supplier performance management, including audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
- Analyze supply chain risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- Coordinate with global logistics teams to streamline shipping schedules and expedite critical NPI components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in NPI procurement and project management.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor material structures and supply chain ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.
