In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, with a specialized focus on international import/export compliance and supplier management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to final delivery and inventory reconciliation.
- Oversee international import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to implement proactive sourcing strategies that mitigate supply chain risks.
- Supervise a team of procurement staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance targets.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with specific expertise in import/export operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs brokerage, tax regulations, and international shipping incoterms.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of supervising and mentoring a team.
