Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee product and process quality health indicators to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for manufacturing deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements during new product introduction (NPI) phases.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, optimize process yields, and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure full compliance with ISO and internal quality management systems.
- Manage supplier quality programs to ensure incoming materials meet stringent Coherent specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a 'quality-first' culture across the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product quality engineering, preferably within a high-tech or photonics manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma methodologies, and FMEA.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical specifications, blueprints, and quality manuals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective quality solutions.
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, or SAP QM).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions across departments.
