Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain optimized daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on firm sales orders and rolling demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement and material management teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production progress against targets and proactively address bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze shop floor capacity and resource constraints to maintain a balanced workload.
- Lead cross-functional communication between Manufacturing, Sales, and Warehouse departments to align production output with customer delivery timelines.
- Generate and present regular performance reports, focusing on schedule attainment, inventory turns, and throughput efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production planning processes and reduce cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, preferably in the life sciences or high-tech sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Advanced Planning Tools.
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate supply chain volatility.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
