Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee construction projects in Magalang, Pampanga
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Implement quality control and safety standards
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Review engineering designs and blueprints
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in project engineering in real estate development
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, project management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to work in Magalang, Pampanga
