- Coordinate and oversee the Quality Measurement reviews for assigned monitoring functions.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics, scorecards, and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members on quality monitoring protocols and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Monitoring, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and quality management systems is a plus.
