We are seeking a Sr. Regional Business Analyst to join the Match Group team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of regional performance insights, transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive growth for Tinder across the Asia-Pacific region. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to regional and executive leadership, providing the analytical foundation needed to optimize business performance.
As a key member of our analytics team, you will dive deep into user behavior, market trends, and financial metrics. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, marketing spend efficiency, and regional expansion strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Own and drive the regional performance reporting suite, delivering high-level insights to executive stakeholders.
- Partner with regional business leads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user acquisition, retention, and monetization trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and forecasting tools to support budgeting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to implement data-driven solutions.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly and persuasively through executive presentations and written reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting, or Data Analytics within the Tech, Media, or Digital industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven track record of translating complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly preferred.
