Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable building technologies, is looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer â HVAC & CFS to drive the growth of our advanced heating, ventilation, airâconditioning, and fireâsafety solutions in the Surabaya region.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and commercial acumen to develop new business opportunities, nurture longâterm partnerships, and deliver integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. By working closely with our engineering, product, and project teams, you will ensure that our customers receive bestâinâclass HVAC and CFS offerings that optimize energy efficiency, safety, and comfort.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycleâfrom market research and lead generation to solution design, client presentations, contract negotiation, and postâsale support. Your success will be measured by revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration within East Java.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for HVAC and CFS product lines, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new prospects while maintaining a robust pipeline in CRM.
- Partner with internal engineering and product management teams to create tailored solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training to customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform goâtoâmarket plans.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or buildingâsolutions sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and fireâsafety solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, matrix organization.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within East Java.
