We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya. In this pivotal role, you will take end-to-end ownership of local business data, with a specific emphasis on driving successful SAP FICO data migration projects. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance across the financial landscape.
As a subject matter expert, you will lead complex configuration tasks, troubleshoot financial reporting issues, and mentor junior team members. Your deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Controlling (CO), and Financial Accounting (FI) modules will be essential in transforming our client's financial operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO data migration projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and design solutions to bridge the gap between current processes and SAP functionality.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex financial reporting issues and user support tickets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FI, and CO modules.
- Proven track record in data migration and system implementation projects.
- Solid knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MFRS, GAAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
