Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of server hardware subsystems, including power delivery, thermal management, and signal integrity.
- Develop and debug low-level firmware, BIOS/UEFI, device drivers, and system management software.
- Perform system-level integration, validation, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of complex hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams to define product requirements, architecture, and specifications.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and innovation.
- Support the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through to manufacturing, deployment, and field support.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to continuously enhance our server platform capabilities and competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in server, storage, or embedded systems hardware and software development.
- Expert-level programming proficiency in C, C++, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Deep, practical understanding of server hardware architecture (x86 preferred) and high-speed serial interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, SATA/SAS).
- Extensive experience using lab debug equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
- Solid experience with Linux operating systems, kernel development, or BMC firmware is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to debugging and validation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively in a team environment.
