Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Lead enterprise-wide security initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security controls into infrastructure and application development
- Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and awareness programs
- Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools and coordinate incident response activities
- Stay current with evolving cyber threats and emerging security technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ years in a leadership/specialist role
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading security projects and incident response protocols
