We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Staff Product Engineer to join our dynamic team in Penang. This pivotal role will drive the product development lifecycle from concept to mass production, ensuring our AMS products meet the highest quality standards and performance metrics.
As a Senior Staff Product Engineer at Renesas, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design engineering, test engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing to bring breakthrough analog and mixed-signal products to market. You will be responsible for characterizing product performance, developing test solutions, and implementing yield improvement initiatives that directly impact our business success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product development activities for analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products from concept through production release
- Drive yield improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for yield limiters and reliability issues
- Develop and optimize test methodologies and characterization plans to ensure product quality and performance
- Collaborate with design teams to provide feedback for product improvements and cost optimization
- Manage product qualification activities including reliability testing and failure analysis
- Interface with manufacturing partners to ensure seamless production ramp-up and sustained volume output
- Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design principles and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data interpretation for yield and quality improvement
- Experience with semiconductor assembly and test processes is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to debugging and failure analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing complex technical projects
