Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using MECM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
- Develop and execute automated patch management cycles to ensure 99.9% compliance across global device fleets.
- Create, test, and deploy software packages and OS images to thousands of workstations globally.
- Proactively monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot complex issues related to client-server connectivity.
- Architect and enforce security policies (BitLocker, Windows Defender, etc.) across the organizational endpoint landscape.
- Collaborate with global IT operations and security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and optimize system stability.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated systems management issues and incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in systems management, specifically with MECM (SCCM), Intune, or Altiris.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows 10/11 enterprise environment administration.
- Strong experience in PowerShell scripting to automate manual infrastructure and management tasks.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD (Entra ID) integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex deployment, update, and reporting issues within a large-scale environment.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) are highly preferred.
