- Lead technical pre-sales activities including solution design, ROI analysis, and product demonstrations for IoT platforms
- Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical strategies and architecture proposals
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winnable proposals and competitive positioning strategies
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and key stakeholders
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and threats
- Partner with product development to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap
- Develop and maintain technical collateral including whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or IoT solution architecture
- Proven expertise in IoT technologies including sensors, connectivity protocols, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills for ROI calculations and solution cost-benefit analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
