Cobden and Carter International is seeking a high-caliber Sr. Workforce Data Engineer to join our expanding team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will architect and maintain scalable data pipelines that transform complex workforce analytics into actionable intelligence.
You will work at the intersection of Human Resources, Operations, and Big Data, ensuring our business leaders have the precise metrics required to drive organizational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate workforce data from disparate sources.
- Build and optimize data models to support advanced workforce reporting and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all reporting dashboards and warehouses.
- Implement automation strategies to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve data accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex data issues in a high-volume environment.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data engineering and SQL development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, specifically focusing on business intelligence or workforce analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or Scala for data transformation.
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse).
- Hands-on experience with modern data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, or Prefect).
- Deep understanding of data warehousing methodologies and star schema modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
