In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between our cutting-edge enterprise SSD solutions and our global customer base.
As a technical leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the rigorous performance, reliability, and compatibility standards required by enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, firmware, and quality assurance, to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-performance storage solutions that power modern data centers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive validation test plans for enterprise-grade SSD products, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
- Analyze technical issues reported by customers, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to optimize validation cycles and improve product reliability.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to provide feedback on firmware updates and hardware revisions based on validation findings.
- Manage customer-specific qualification projects, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time product deployment.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including test reports, whitepapers, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements to resolve integration challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SSD validation, firmware development, or enterprise storage testing.
- Deep understanding of NVMe, PCIe, and SATA protocols, as well as storage system architectures.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for test automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with lab equipment like protocol analyzers and exercisers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both internal teams and external customers.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global collaborative environment.
