As part of our dynamic accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the daily flow of Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collections, and performing meticulous internal audits to maintain the high standards expected at Horison Hotels. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing the full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing and payment reconciliation.
- Performing regular Internal Audit (IA) procedures to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Monitoring outstanding balances and executing follow-up actions for timely collections.
- Preparing daily and monthly financial reports related to receivables and revenue.
- Coordinating with the front office and sales departments to verify guest folios and corporate billing.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Participating in monthly stock takes and asset audits as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, specifically revenue recognition and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with internal stakeholders and clients.
