Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders and generate accurate invoices promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend product substitutions for out-of-stock items
- Compile and maintain comprehensive shipment summaries
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure order fulfillment accuracy
- Update and manage customer order databases in real-time
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and delivery status
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales administrative reports
- Coordinate logistics with warehouse and distribution teams
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat education background
- 1+ years experience in sales administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
