Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN, BPHTB)
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate general ledger
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Calculate payroll and employee benefits disbursements
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain financial records using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/tax roles
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MYOB, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
