CV Pesta Pangan Abadi is a growing company in the food industry sector, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Staf Cost Control to join our finance team in Kartasura. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our production costs are monitored, analyzed, and optimized to support our business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for tracking expenses, reconciling inventory data, and providing actionable insights to management. If you are a proactive problem solver with expertise in Accurate accounting software and Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily production costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Perform regular stock reconciliations and report on inventory variances.
- Utilize Accurate accounting software to record and track financial transactions accurately.
- Generate periodic cost control reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all internal financial controls and procedures are strictly followed.
- Conduct physical inventory audits periodically.
- Assist the finance department in month-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cost Control, Accounting, or a related role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Accurate accounting software is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
