Vapebay is a fast-growing company currently seeking a diligent and highly motivated Staf Pajak (Tax Staff) to join our finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our financial health through precise tax compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient administrative support. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow alongside our dynamic business environment.
The ideal candidate will manage daily tax records, support tax filing processes, and assist in general accounting tasks to ensure our operations meet all regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly tax computations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain and organize organized financial records and tax documentation for audit readiness.
- Perform daily data entry and administrative tasks related to accounting and bookkeeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve tax discrepancies and provide supporting data.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in local tax laws and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
