Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the verification and validation of incoming insurance claim documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain systematic records and update internal databases regarding claim status and progress.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth claim processing workflows.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication to stakeholders regarding documentation requirements or claim status updates.
  • Ensure all activities are strictly aligned with BCA General Insurance's operational standards and compliance policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on claim volumes and processing efficiency for management review.
  • Support the claims adjusters in administrative tasks during the assessment and settlement stages.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to Fresh Graduates from any reputable university (Degree in Management, Accounting, Law, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
