Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers that meet company quality and cost standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including creating Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking shipments.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and payment conditions with vendors to maximize company profitability.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on pricing trends and product availability.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate periodic reports for management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs or overstock.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with inventory management systems (ERP/POS).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
