RS Permata Cibubur is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Staf Teknik to join our facilities management team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our hospital's operational excellence, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and facility systems function at peak performance to support patient care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, monitoring, and recording of all mechanical and electrical equipment conditions.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building facilities to prevent operational downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other essential hospital infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale technical installations.
- Maintain detailed logs and technical reports for all maintenance activities performed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and environmental health protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency technical requests and system breakdowns across the hospital premises.
- Collaborate with the facility team to optimize energy consumption and equipment lifespan.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational degree (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or facility engineering, preferably in a hospital or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment (multimeters, etc.).
- Able to work in shifts and respond to on-call duties as required by hospital operations.
- Strong discipline, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Familiarity with OHS (K3) standards in a healthcare or public facility setting.
