Join our dynamic lab technician team at PT Bestari Sarana Instrument and play a key role in keeping our laboratory equipment running at peak performance. We are looking for a detailâoriented Staf Teknisi Alat Laboratorium who enjoys problemâsolving and thrives in a collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for the installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of laboratory instrumentsâincluding spectrophotometers, balances, analyzers, and other precision devices. Working closely with researchers and scientists, you will ensure compliance with safety standards, document all maintenance activities, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve instrument malfunctions, including electronic, mechanical, and optical components.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with lab personnel to ensure proper usage and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts procurement and repairs.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Respond to urgent service requests and provide afterâhours onâcall support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of handsâon experience in laboratory equipment maintenance or calibration.
- Proficiency with common lab instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers, balances, pH meters, analyzers).
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with a focus on precision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to pursue professional certifications (e.g., ISO, instrumentâspecific training).
- Detailâoriented, selfâmotivated, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
