Industrial Multi Fan is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accounting to join our finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing daily bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and supporting the month-end closing process. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who excels at handling financial data with precision and has a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles.
You will work closely with our finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting, assist in audit preparations, and maintain organized documentation for all transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational accounting tasks including data entry and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and verify financial vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the tax filing process, including VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh) reports.
- Monitor and track company expenses against the approved budget.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative finance role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and basic tax regulations.
- Experience using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical thinking.
