We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Staff Accounting professional to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will handle the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and tax compliance. Your Role:

Your responsibilities will involve processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, preparing journal entries, and coordinating with external tax consultants. You will also assist in the month-end closing process and preparation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK. If you are passionate about accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management, and General Ledger entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for vendors, suppliers, and employee reimbursements.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Handle tax calculations, withholding, and reporting (PPh 21/23/4(2), PPN, PPh Final) in full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all accounting documents and supporting schedules.
  • Coordinate with operational teams on inventory, cost of goods sold, and store-level financial matters.
  • Support year-end audit processes by preparing audit schedules and required documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting; fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation, especially PPh and PPN (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SumIFs). Experience with accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Jurnal) is highly preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong integrity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
