Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and post journal entries into Accurate accounting software
- Manage accounts payable documentation and payment processing
- Maintain organized filing system for accounting and tax documents
- Assist in monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Accurate accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Effective communication in both Indonesian and English
